About Aretha Gaskin

Aretha Gaskin was born to be an entrepreneur and recently became the proud President and Founder of The Virtual Legal Assistant, Inc. and Bankruptcy Forms Processing, Inc., two companies that are designed to be full service administrative tools for solo and small practice professionals in the legal and non-legal arenas worldwide, employing today’s best business technology, thereby eliminating the brick-and- mortar office and its costs and responsibilities.

Aretha is a highly regarded legal support professional who has worked in some of New York City’s largest law firms and brings well over a decade of law firm experience to her companies. Prior to working in the legal industry, Aretha worked in the non-legal world for several years as an executive secretary.

Helping small and solo companies overcome their administrative challenges in a cost effective and seamless manner is the focus of her professional life. In her free time Aretha enjoys photography, traveling and quiet time with her family.
